What micro-credentials are currently offered? ▶
We currently offer three micro-credentials through AANA PROficiency: the Didactic Educator, the Wellness Ambassador, and the RRNA Wellness Ambassador. Each provides targeted professional development to help you grow in your area of interest—whether that’s enhancing your teaching skills, promoting wellness among peers, or supporting student well-being initiatives.

Yes, AANA PROficiency will launch the Obstetrics Anesthesia Micro-Credential in spring 2026. We will continue to expand our offerings based on member needs and industry trends.
